How to: Move a control and its label.
Solution:
In Report Design view, select the desired control, the cursor takes the shape of an open hand, and move the desired control. Both the control and its label are moved.
NOTE: If the Database window is not active, activate the Database window.
1) Click the 'Reports' tab in the Database window.

2) Select the desired report from the list box. (The selected report is highlighted.)
3) Click 'Design'. (The selected report appears in the design view.)
4) To move a control and its label:
a) Click on either the control or its label. (Move handles appear on the control and the label.)

b) Move the mouse pointer on the outline of control selected, not on the handles. (The mouse pointer becomes an open hand.)
c) Press and hold down the mouse button, and move selected control to the desired location. (Both the control and its attached label move.)
